Hi, I’m Ronita Marsh, and I believe that beauty is found in intention, service, and the way we care for people.

I’m the founder of Everything Beautiful Events, LLC, where I have the joy of designing intimate weddings, mini ceremonies, and thoughtfully curated celebrations. What I love most about this work isn’t just the details — it’s the people. I’m passionate about creating spaces where love is honored, moments feel meaningful, and every experience reflects care, excellence, and authenticity.

Faith is at the center of my life and the foundation of everything I do. I serve actively within my church community, supporting teams and leaders behind the scenes to help ministry run smoothly and with heart. Whether I’m organizing an event, building systems, or simply encouraging others, my desire is always the same: to serve well and help people walk confidently in their purpose.

I’m a natural organizer and encourager, with a deep appreciation for order, beauty, and alignment. I believe that when things are thoughtfully prepared, people feel at peace — and that’s the environment I strive to create in every space I touch.

Outside of work, I value family, growth, and balance. I’m intentional about stewarding my time, my gifts, and my faith, and I’m continually learning how to live and lead with grace. I hope that every person I work with feels seen, supported, and confident that they’re in good hands.
